\n\nKey responsibilities include:
\n\n• Managing the day-to-day operations of the new London office
\n\n• Supporting senior stakeholders with administration, scheduling, and coordination
\n\n• Organising client meetings, team events, and social activities
\n\n• Managing office suppliers, procurement, and facilities
\n\n• Welcoming clients and candidates, ensuring a first-class experience
\n\n• Maintaining office presentation, meeting rooms, and supplies
\n\n• Providing first-line IT support and liaising with external providers
\n\n• Identifying and implementing process improvements across the business
\n\n✅ Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
